In 2021, NEOM needed to announce a new region called OXAGON, an industrial port city on the Red Sea that is being designed to combine the best livability with a regulatory and logistics environment conducive to rapid innovation at scale. OXAGON is being designed to change the way we design and manufacture goods for the future by requiring circular economic principles and a zero-waste approach.
